Leadership History of Land Survey Company

Roy Ehrhardt, Jr. Founded Land Survey Company in 1959 to provide fast, accurate & reliable Surveys to the
Greater Kansas City Area. Roy was a master mathmetician, technician, entreprenuer and mentor. In the Late
1970's Roy moved on to persue his passion for watches and watch movements. Until the turn of the Century, Roy
was known world wide as one of the great minds on American made Pocket watches and published numerous books
about them.

In 1982 the Land Survey reins were turned over to Mike Baldus and Gary Barnard. Mike and Gary led the Company
to new heights as they created integrated systems, established a 2nd office North of the River & hired key
employees with unique abilities. This has placed Land Survey Company at the pinnacle of Survey-only firms in Kansas City.
Mike and Gary take great pride in the fact that many of the Survey firms today are run by Surveyors who cut their teeth right
here at Land Survey Company.

The past decade Bernie Baldus has forged forward the Land Survey Company in Grandview. Bernie is well known
for his "common sense" approach to technical issues. With the ability to think globally and apply Real Estate Law reasonably
for Builders and Developers. Land Survey Company has become the go to Surveyor for much of the Greater Kansas City
Real Estate industry because of the "can do" approach & unique abilities to relate issues in the field onto user friendly maps.

Dave Wilson, the Land Surveyor in charge of Land Survey North, is a master of efficiency with the uncanny ability to
come to the correct conclusion quickly. Home Builders, Real Estate Professionals & Planning Departments all rely
upon David's technical abilities to move them to the tops of their industries.

Land Survey Company has been named by Ingram's magazine as a Top 10 Survey firm for 2009-2010. 1 of only 2 Survey firms not a piece of of a Larger Corporation.
